BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced Home Health Registered Nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate Seasonal Pool team.
13 week assignments
Must live more than 100 Miles from BayCare facilities to qualify
Location: Tampa, Dunedin, Lakeland FL
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and every 3rd weekend
Home visits in assigned service area: Hillsborough, Pinellas or Polk County
The Home Health RN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include:
Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor
Required Certifications and Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
RN (Registered Nurse) License
Valid Driver's License
Education:
Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing
Preferred Bachelor's Nursing
Experience:
- Required 2 years RN Home Care experience
