Summary:

The Customer Communications Team Lead is responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of Customer Communication’s Specialists; Team Lead also supports projects, programs and activities to support the strategic plans and goals of the Customer Communications Department, in collaboration with the Supervisor, Customer Communications. Required Experience: 6 years Customer Service, of which 2 years must be in a Contact Center or as a Medical Concierge. Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams. Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects. Preferred Experience is 1 year NICE Suite. Required specific skills include: self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment. Must be available for on-call coverage in a 24/7 environment to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
