BayCare HomeCare is currently in search of our newest Per Visit Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
Facility: BayCare HomeCare
Location: Sarasota, FL
Status: Per Visit / PRN
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Home visits in assigned service area: Venice, FL
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: Yes

The Home Health OTA provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. Responsibilities include:
Assists the Occupational Therapist with the administration of interventions utilized in occupational therapy and rehabilitation
Progress patients in the treatment plan as developed by the Occupational Therapist.
Required Certifications and Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
OTA (Occupational Therapist Assistant) License
Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
Education:
- Required Associates (Occupational Therapy Assistant)
Experience:
Required 1 year Occupational Therapy Assistant
Preferred 1 year Home Care
