BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Patient Placement Representative to join our outstanding and compassionate team. Come join our Transfer Center team where you’ll assist our bedside teams transfer.
The Patient Placement Representative responsibilities include:
Assigns all Bay care patients accurately and appropriately by adhering to Patient Placement Guidelines, Safety and Infection Control
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and proficiency of Tele Tracking’s Pre-admit tracking and Soarian emphasizing global throughput the health system
Using excellent customer service skills, team work, time management skills and flexibility to enhances the patient experience
Must be able to take on new assignments throughout the shift and perform other duties as assigned

Education:
- High School or Equivalent
Experience:
- Required 2 years Healthcare in related field

Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shift: Shift 3
Shift 1 = Days, Shift 2 = Evenings, Shift 3 = Nights, Shift 4 = Varies
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
