BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Program- Licensed to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Clearwater!
Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health
Location: Clearwater
Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No
The Program Supervisor is responsible for:
Overseeing the daily administration and clinical operation of all behavioral health services rendered to individuals within the assigned programs.
Possessing a clear understanding of the service delivery system in accordance with all regulations, statutory requirements and regional policies.
Demonstrating mastery and proficiency in all Quality Leadership skills.
*Travel required. Functions as a Treating Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts. Will perform other duties as assigned.

Required Certification/License:
- LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required
Required Education:
- Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Human Services, Nursing or Related Field
Experience:
4 years Healthcare or Behavioral Health. - Required
2 years of Supervisory Role in related field - Preferred
