RN Residency Program:
BayCare’s RN Residency program is a 12-month program designed to provide new graduate RNs with practical experience while also offering support and direction to help them transition into their roles. As a resident you will gain confidence as you work with your preceptor and attend workshops focused on patient safety, critical thinking skills, evidence-based practice, and more. During the residency, you have our promise that we will continuously support you during your first year of practice and our committed educators will ensure that you receive exceptional, one on one care throughout the program.

What You Will Need:
Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to the start of the program) or Graduate Nurse Letter from the Board of Nursing
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
