The Financial Specialist assumes a leadership role within their area of specialty and will interact with all levels of management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Eco Forecast and quarterly 18 month rolling forecast

• Lead/Project Manage entire process

• Document process

• Recommend process improvements

• Key contributor all the way from assumption gathering, leading meetings with stakeholders, assisting with technical issues, final presentation deck and narratives

• Proformas for major Enterprise projects (examples below)

• SJCH

• FSEDs

• HealthHubs

• Finance Decks

• Financial Review meeting

• Finance Committee

• Board Retreats

• Rating Agencies

• Other

• FTE Management

• Margin Initiatives

• Benchmarking

• Deep analytics - hospital level detail

Skills/Attributes needed:

• Strong work ethic

• Analytical ability

• Strong Excel and Powerpoint

• Healthcare experience a major plus

• Creativity

• Problem solving

• Comfort around upper management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required - 8 years - Accounting; Required - 8 years - Financial Analysis; Or - 6 years - Relevant experience with Masters

Preferred:

• CPA (Accounting)
