The Finance & Accounting Intern maintains control of assigned general ledger accounts and hospital statistics.

Responsibilities:

• The Finance & Accounting Intern maintains control of assigned general ledger accounts and hospital statistics.

• Prepares statistical reports and analyzes general ledger activity

• Reconciles the hospital's bank accounts

• Prepares audit paperwork and schedules

• Assists in preparing the annual operating budgets

• Manages the hospital's petty cash account

• Responsible for sales tax returns.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required Experience includes 5 years in a related field or an Associate's Degree in lieu of experience.
