Title: Endoscopy Technician Lead

Facility: BayCare Health System, Bardmoor Surgery Center

Location: Largo, Florida

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: Day - Schedule Varies

Weekend Work: None

Responsibilities:

• Performs direct and indirect patient care tasks.

• Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients within the endoscopy suite.

• Controls, managers and orders departmental inventor, supplies and equipment

• Coordinates at least one departmental specialty.

• Assists with Beacon Preference card maintenance.

• Precepts new Team Members.

• Trouble shoot equipment failure and assists with Endoscopic procedures.

• Works independently and with a team

• Demonstrates interpersonal and critical thinking skills.

• Has knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to the position

• Must have computer, written and verbal communication skills appropriate to the position

• Show strong organizational, and customer service skills
